Splendid weather with clear sky and a lot of sunshine can be expected on Mallorca this week: According to the latest weather forecast the sunshine-island will pay its nickname credit from Monday to at least Friday. There will be brilliant sunshine and the temperature will peak at high 85°F ( 32°C ). Best to look for a cool place in the shade not to catch a sunburn. This is the ideal weather for going to one of the island countless beaches and for swimming in the sea. The water temperature will reach comfortable 73°F ( 23°C ). Wednesday, 17th June 2009 will start with sunshine but in the course of the day small clouds will come up and the evening will become cloudy. But don’t worry. That will do no harm at all to the temperature. It will still reach summer-like 82°F ( 28°C ). What about going on a walk or a hike?
