The 11 beaches belonging to the municipality of Alcúdia are among the most beautiful in Mallorca. From tourist beaches to secret coves, there is something for everyone. In particular, the three-kilometer-long Alcúdia Beach attracts sun lovers in the summer.

The town of Alcúdia is located in the center of the municipality. Its port, Port d’Alcúdia, is just one kilometer to the south, in Alcúdia Bay. Today, the fishing port of this tourist destination mainly hosts yachts. The municipality boasts 30 kilometers of stunning coastline, making it very popular among tourists.

Cala Poncet

Cala Poncet is a small sandy beach in the north of Mallorca, with a mix of stones and rocks. The cove offers a beautiful panorama with whitewashed houses as a backdrop, creating a picturesque atmosphere. The access to the sea is gentle and shallow. Cala Poncet is located in the Alcanada residential area and can be reached on foot.

Es Barcarets

Es Barcarets consists of several small beaches in the north of Mallorca, with partially golden sand and a natural, preserved environment. These beaches are peaceful and not crowded. There is a small beach bar and a supermarket nearby. To reach Es Barcarets, follow the road from Alcúdia towards the Es Morer Vermell residential area and continue until you reach Es Barcarets.

Es Corral d’en Bennàssar

Es Corral d'en Bennàssar is a peaceful and charming beach in the north of Mallorca, with a rocky seabed, surrounded by pine trees and colorful houses. This spot is not well-known among tourists, giving it a relaxed and authentic atmosphere. There are no services available on the beach, making it even more quiet and secluded. It is an ideal place for snorkeling, thanks to its clear waters. To reach Es Corral d'en Bennàssar, follow the road from Alcúdia towards Es Morer Vermell.

Es Morer Vermell

Es Morer Vermell (Platja Es Morer Vermell) is an idyllic beach in the north of Mallorca, with soft sand and calm, clear, shallow waters. The beach is surrounded by pine trees that provide natural shade, but the services on the beach are reserved only for guests of the nearby hotel. It is an ideal spot for snorkeling. To reach Es Morer Vermell, head from Alcúdia towards the Es Morer Vermell residential area, where you will find good parking options.

Platja d’Alcanada

Alcanada Beach (Platja d'Alcanada) is a narrow beach in the north of Mallorca, characterized by its coarse pebble shoreline and surrounded by numerous pine trees that provide plenty of shade. It is a popular spot for picnics, but there are no services available. To reach Alcanada, follow Avenida Reina Sofía from Port d'Alcúdia. Shortly after passing Alcanada, you will find the beach parking area.

Alcúdia Beach (Platja de Alcúdia) is the largest beach in Mallorca, stretching nearly three kilometers. This expansive sandy area is characterized by fine white sand, numerous palm trees, and gentle access to the water. The beach offers a wide range of sports activities, such as pedal boat rentals, surfing, water skiing, and paragliding. Platja de Alcúdia is located in the north of the island and is easily accessible by following the C-713 from the town of Alcúdia or the C-712 from Artà.

Platja de Can Cap de Bou

Platja de Can Cap de Bou is the main sandy beach of Port de Pollença, in the north of Mallorca. This long stretch of sandy beach offers impressive views of the nearby mountains. Due to the constant winds, it is an ideal spot for surfing, with gentle access to the sea, making it suitable for all skill levels. Despite its appeal, the beach is not usually crowded. Surfing is one of the most popular activities here. To reach Platja de Can Cap de Bou, follow the PM-222 towards Port de Pollença, where free parking is available.

Platja de Muro – Es Comú

Es Comú is the second section of Playa de Muro, located in the north of Mallorca. This stretch of beach extends for approximately five kilometers of untouched coastline, surrounded by pine trees and natural dunes. The sand is very fine, and the sea access is gentle. It is a popular spot among local residents due to its natural and peaceful environment. To reach Platja Es Comú, head towards Port d'Alcúdia, where free parking is available.
