The six most popular beaches in the municipality of Andratx have something special to offer. In the towns of Sant Elm and Camp de Mar, you will not only find beautiful beaches but also have the opportunity to combine your beach day with a visit to one of the best restaurants in the area.
Cala Blanca
Cala Blanca is a small cove located on the slopes of Sa Talaia, in the south of Mallorca. This cove offers a beautiful panorama and has a ground covered with smooth stones and pebbles, softened by seaweed. It is a little-visited spot with no services. To reach Cala Blanca, follow the PM 101 and take the path to the cove, located 2 km after Camp de Mar in the direction of Port d'Andratx. The final access requires a 200-meter descent on foot.
Cala Fonoll
Cala Fonoll is a small cove located at the base of high cliffs in Port d'Andratx, in the south of Mallorca. The beach combines pebbles and sand, with emerald-colored waters. It is surrounded by a hotel and vacation homes. The cove also has a small beach bar for refreshments. To reach Cala Fonoll, follow Sa Pedrera road in Port d'Andratx.
Cala Llamp
Cala Llamp is a peaceful and romantic cove in the south of Mallorca, known for its wide rocky platforms that are perfect for sunbathing. The water in this cove is of exceptional quality, making it an ideal spot for diving. The cove is surrounded by the imposing cliffs of Sa Talaia. Cala Llamp is located between Camp de Mar and Port d'Andratx, and is accessible via a small trail.
Platja de Camp de Mar
Camp de Mar Beach (Platja de Camp de Mar) is a popular destination in the south of Mallorca, known for its fine sand and exclusive atmosphere. One of the main attractions is the charming restaurant "S'Illeta," located on a small island just off the bay, accessible via a wooden bridge. Activities available at this beach include volleyball, diving, and pedal boat rentals. To reach Camp de Mar, follow the PM-101 towards the town.
Platja des Geperut (Sant Elm)
Platja des Geperut in Sant Elm (San Telmo) is a large sandy beach in the south of Mallorca, surrounded by picturesque scenery and crystal-clear waters. There are many nearby restaurants, and boat trips to the island of Sa Dragonera are available. Activities include snorkeling, pedal boats, and diving. It can be accessed via the PM 103. Paid parking is available.
Ses Bassetes
Ses Bassetes is a small beach in Port d'Andratx, in the south of Mallorca. With limited space, it is ideal for swimming but less so for sunbathing. It features a lovely promenade and is moderately busy. The main activity here is sailing. Access is via the C-719, continuing towards the port on Almirante Riere Alemani street.
